Target audience - The target audience is going to be mainly older teenagers, about 16-19, of any gender if they are into indie music.

The target audience in terms of psychographics is going to be people in the indie category, mainly indie kids because they are into the music side of indie but also the fashion. This is a good idea because I want to make the magazine a music/fashion one, which would attract a big readership and also attract advertisers since the readers will be into the items they see in the magazine.

Content - The content is going to be music news, reviews, features and interviews, fashion information and more.
Style - The style of the magazine is going to be more upmarket even though it’s aimed at this category. The reason for this is I think people appreciate contemporary design and language which doesn’t talk down to them. I also think there is room for it in the market. The style is going to fit in with other music magazines like Spin and Blender.
Unique selling point - The USP is that it focuses on fashion as well as music. Its position in the market is not going to be a niche, because it will be like some existing magazines.
